General Terms & Conditions – Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Card

1. The promotion is exclusively available to eligible Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Cardholders. 
2. The promotion is valid only during the specified promotional period stated for each participating merchant. 
3. Payments must be made using an eligible Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Card, either Physical or Virtual, as specified under the respective merchant offer. 
4. The applicable discount will be provided at the participating merchant at the time of payment, subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer. 
5. Cardholders must ensure that their Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Card is active and in good standing at the time of the transaction to be eligible for the offer. 
6. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit, unless otherwise stated. 
7. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers, coupons, loyalty benefits, or special offers provided by the participating merchant. 
8. Any maximum discount, minimum spend, eligible products/services, outlet restrictions, transaction limits, or other conditions specified under an individual merchant offer will apply in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. 
9. The offer is subject to the availability and acceptance of Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Cards at the participating merchant. 
10. Dialog Finance PLC shall not be responsible for any failure of the merchant's payment system, POS terminal, network, or other technical issues that may prevent a qualifying transaction from being completed. 
11. Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or otherwise deemed invalid may not qualify for the promotion. Any discount already granted may be reversed or recovered where applicable. 
12. The promotion is applicable only to qualifying purchases made directly from the participating merchant and does not apply to transactions that are otherwise excluded under the specific merchant's offer. 
13. Dialog Finance PLC reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion or any of its terms and conditions at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. 
14. Dialog Finance PLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from the use of the promotion or from the products or services purchased from participating merchants. 
15. Any product or service-related issue, complaint, cancellation, refund, or dispute concerning a purchase must be addressed directly with the respective participating merchant. 
16. The use of the Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Card is subject to the applicable Dialog Pay Debit Card Terms & Conditions, Dialog Pay Terms & Conditions, and other applicable policies and conditionsof Dialog Finance PLC. 
17. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the promotion, the decision of Dialog Finance PLC shall be final and conclusive, subject to applicable laws and regulations. 
18. By participating in the promotion, cardholders are deemed to have accepted these General Terms & Conditions together with the specific terms applicable to the respective merchant offer.
