Terms and Conditions – “Make 3 Transfers. Win High Tea for Two”

1. This promotion is organized by Dialog Finance PLC and is available through the Dialog Pay app.
2. The promotion will be valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. To qualify, customers must:
• Hold an active Dialog Pay Savings Account; and
• Complete at least three successful CEFT Out transfers through the Dialog Pay app during the Promotion Period; and
• Transfer a minimum of LKR 2,000 in each transaction.
4. Only CEFT Out transactions successfully completed during the Promotion Period will be considered. Failed, cancelled, reversed, refunded, incomplete or fraudulent transactions will not qualify.
5. Customers who meet all eligibility requirements will automatically receive one entry into the lucky draw. Completing more than three eligible transactions will not provide additional entries.
6. Each eligible customer may win only one prize under this promotion.
7. Twenty-five winners will be selected through a random draw conducted after the Promotion Period.
8. Each winner will receive a High Tea Buffet Voucher for two persons at Courtyard by Marriott Colombo.
9. Winners will be contacted using the mobile number registered with their Dialog Pay account. Dialog Finance PLC will not be responsible for unsuccessful notifications caused by incorrect, outdated or unavailable customer contact details.
10. Winners may be required to verify their identity and account ownership before receiving the prize.
11. If a selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to complete the required verification or does not claim the prize within the communicated period, Dialog Finance PLC reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash.
13. Voucher redemption will be subject to the validity period, advance reservation requirements, availability and other terms imposed by Courtyard by Marriott Colombo.
14. Any additional expenses incurred when redeeming or using the prize—including transportation, additional food and beverages or other personal expenses—must be borne by the winner.
15. Dialog Finance PLC and Courtyard by Marriott Colombo will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers once they have been issued to a winner.
16. Customers suspected of fraudulent activity, transaction manipulation, misuse of the promotion or violation of the Dialog Pay terms and conditions may be disqualified.
17. Dialog Finance PLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers and its decision regarding qualification and winner selection will be final.
18. Dialog Finance PLC reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the promotion or these terms and conditions due to regulatory requirements, technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any material changes will be communicated through the appropriate Dialog Pay or Dialog Finance channels.
19. The standard terms and conditions governing Dialog Pay, Dialog Pay Savings Accounts and CEFT Out transactions will continue to apply.
20. By participating in the promotion, customers confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
